Mindful Mondays | Pilates with Bloom & Balance Pilates

Join Soph on the mat to lengthen & strengthen the body, and calm the mind.

This class is designed to help you to realign, refocus & take some all important time for yourself.

Suitable for beginners & intermediate level Pilates students.

Places are limited to 6 students to allow Soph to tailor the class, providing options to best suit each individual.
